Return Policy – KX Gear

At KX Gear, we take pride in providing high-quality custom sportswear, activewear, racing suits, leather apparel, and boxing gear, all tailored to meet your specific requirements. Given the customized nature of our products, we have implemented the following return policy to ensure transparency and a clear understanding between KX Gear and our customers.

General Policy Overview

KX Gear does not accept returns, offer refunds, or provide exchanges for custom orders created based on customer-provided information.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Incorrect logos

  • Wrong sizes or measurements

  • Misspelled names or numbers

  • Inaccurate color selections

  • Any other errors or omissions submitted during the ordering process

All customization details are the sole responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend reviewing all design elements and order information thoroughly before final confirmation.

Non-Returnable Orders

The following types of orders are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances involving customer error:

  • Custom Orders: Any order that includes personalized elements such as logos, names, numbers, team details, or unique color combinations.
  • Sample Orders: Sample garments or prototype units, whether paid or complimentary.
  • Bulk Orders: Large-volume orders placed for teams, institutions, retailers, or resellers based on customer-supplied specifications.

Once production begins on these orders, no changes, cancellations, or return requests will be accepted.

Customer Responsibilities

To avoid order issues, customers are expected to:

  • Double-check all submitted artwork, names, and numbers
  • Ensure accuracy in sizing using our provided sizing guides
  • Review and approve all mockups, previews, and proofs before final confirmation
  • Provide clear and unambiguous design instructions

Failure to do so may result in a final product that does not meet expectations — such discrepancies will not qualify for return, exchange, or refund.

Exceptions – Manufacturing Errors

While we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship, in the rare instance that KX Gear makes a verifiable error in production, the following steps may be taken:

  • Report the issue within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.
  • Submit clear video-graphic evidence of the defect or discrepancy.
  • Provide the original order reference number and a written explanation.

Once validated, KX Gear may, at its sole discretion, offer one of the following resolutions:

  • Replacement of the affected item
  • Store credit equivalent to the value of the item
  • Partial or full refund (in exceptional cases)

Note: This exception does not apply in cases where incorrect information was originally submitted by the customer.

Shipping and Handling

Shipping charges are non-refundable. In cases where a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, the customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping.

Final Acknowledgment

By placing an order with KX Gear, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this return policy. This policy exists to ensure a fair process and to maintain our ability to provide affordable, high-quality custom apparel to all clients.
