Payment Terms
At KX Gear, we maintain transparent and reliable payment terms to ensure a smooth ordering process for both sample and bulk orders.
Sample Orders

100% Advance Payment: All sample orders require full payment upfront at the time of order confirmation.

Why? Since samples are made-to-order and tailored to your specifications, this ensures commitment from both parties and initiates immediate production.
Bulk Orders

50% Advance Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required once all order details (design, quantities, sizes, colors, etc.) are finalized.

50% Final Payment: The remaining balance is to be paid before the order is dispatched/shipped from our facility.
Additional Information

Accepted Payment Methods: We accept bank wire transfers, western union, money gram, remitly. Payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation.

Lead Times: Production begins only after the initial payment is received. Lead times vary depending on the order size and customization level and will be shared in your order agreement.

Order Changes: Changes to bulk orders after deposit may affect pricing and timelines and must be approved in writing.

Shipping & Customs: Shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if applicable) are not included in the product price unless specified. These must be covered by the client prior to delivery.
